Great Service. I was not in a rush to get everything done (I went on vacation while it was with MacService)and I was able to get everything done on my timetable (me being the slower one). Computer works great. I had not expected my new hard drive to have my old files and OS installed (I thought that was nice). New external enclosure for old hard drive works great too. Quick, Efficient, & Smart Service.

Everything was top-notch. A couple of incredible surprises when the unit came back to me. First, that the information on the frozen hard drive was successfully transferred to the new hard drive. I didn't expect that was possible. I can't tell you the incalculable grief and time that alone saved me. And second, Snow Leopard had been installed (I sent the unit to you with Tiger). I didn't expect that, either. Also considering the easy shipping, I can't tell you how pleased I was with your service. Like I say, absolutely top-notch, and I will not only return when the need arises again, but will also recommend you to others. To those of you who went above and beyond for me, a huge, HUGE, THANK YOU!

Why would anyone go to Apple for service when they can go to MacService. I had a problem with my Mac Mini and they bent over backwards to accommodate me were able to fix a rather difficult and perplexing problem. Aside from their service, which is excellent, they excel in communications. A top-notch service facility. Other retailers could certainly learn from MacService.

Other than the outcome of the diagnosis that I received, needs new logic board, I was extremely satisfied with the service, it's promptness, professionalism and courtesy.
