Can I drop off my machine at your location?
Yes. Our Santa Clara, CA location is open M-F 8-5 PST for local drop off and pickup. No appointment is required.
Can I provide my own shipping to MacService?
Yes. You can send in your laptop using your own shipping container and shipper. We can return ship using your shipping account.
Are you Apple?
No. MacService is independently owned and operated.
Do you provide Apple warranty or AppleCare repairs?
No. MacService does not provide warranty repairs for Apple.
How can I tell if my Mac is under Apple warranty?

Does MacService repair iPods, iPhones?
No. MacService does not currently repair iPods or iPhones.
Does MacService buy or sell computers?
No. MacService does not buy or sell used computers or parts.
Can I just buy parts from MacService?
No. MacService does not sell parts separately, only when installed by MacService.

Can I use a Purchase Order to pay for service?
Yes. Approved schools and businesses can pay using purchase orders.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. MacService provides discounts for volume orders. Contact us for more information on volume orders.
Will my service void my warranty?
MacService does not communicate warranty information to Apple. Most services should not void your warranty. Any new parts will be covered under your MacService warranty.
How are your prices and turnaround so good?
MacService stocks most parts in volume to help bring costs down and make turnaround time as fast as possible.
